What is your relationship with rest? What does rest look like in academia? What could a rested world look like?
In this monthly four-part book club, hosted by the Centre for Learning and Teaching, we will explore our individual and community rest practices through reading and discussing 鈥淩est Is Resistance: A Manifesto鈥 written by Tricia Hersey.
The book club will meet in person at the College of Sustainability, Meeting Room 1407, in the Mona Campbell Building, on the following Thursdays from 2鈥3 p.m.
- February 1 (Part 1 鈥 Rest!)
- February 29 (Part 2 鈥 Dream!)
- March 28 (Part 3 鈥 Resist!)
- April 25 (Part 4 鈥 Imagine!)
