Public-Private Partnerships (P3s) are controversial.听 Those in favour underscore the importance of accessing private sector efficiency, expertise and capital.听 Many remain sceptical.听 At times, definitions of P3s and the criteria by which to judge them are unclear.听 This panel will explore P3 in more detail, and consider when and if they generate public value.
