For Preceptors

• Preceptors for 国民彩票 BSc(Pharm) and PharmD Program.听 CPE forms for Preceptors involved with 国民彩票 Pharmacy Students would have had the CPE forms emailed to them directly after the rotation was completed听 If you do not have the form in your email, please contact pepadm@dal.ca
• Preceptors for 国民彩票 Residency Program.听 CPE forms for NS Preceptors involved with the 国民彩票 Residency Program should contact the Residency Coordinator directly (Nova Scotia Health Central Zone, IWK Health Centre).
• Preceptors for all non-国民彩票 Students.听 Please submit a self-directed learning accreditation application which can be accessed by , or using the link above for pharmacy professionals.
